As you will be staying uphill inland, you may occasionally see insects such as mosquitoes, ants, or geckos. Guests are encouraged to bring insect repellent for added comfort.

Like many areas on the island, you may hear roosters, birds, or other natural sounds. This is part of the authentic island experience.

●Getting around
Recommend renting a car or scooter to explore the island easily. There is also a local bus service that travels around the island if you prefer not to drive.

●Early check-in & Late check-out
Flexible early check-in and late check-out whenever possible to help make your stay more comfortable and convenient. Guests are welcome to request these options in advance.

Strictly no parties, celebrations, events or group gatherings. Only registered guests are permitted on the property. No unregistered visitors without prior approval from the host. Any violation may result in cancellation of the stay without refund.

Smoking: Permitted outdoors only. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house.

Animals: Please refrain from feeding any animals that may roam the property, including dogs, cats, and chickens, as this encourages them to return frequently.

Kitchen: Please clean dishes after use,
wipe benches and stovetop, do not leave food uncovered, turn off appliances when not in use. Dishwashing liquid and cleaning supplies are provided. A dishwashing tray can be found under the sink bench for washing dishes.

Bedrooms: Do not eat messy foods in bed, report any stains or damages immediately.

Bathroom: Do not flush wipes, sanitary products, or paper towels, only toilet paper should be flushed.

Laundry: Do not overload the washing machine.

Air Conditioning & Fans: Please switch off air conditioning/fans when leaving the house, keep doors and windows closed while air conditioning is running, due to no exhaust hood please do not use the aircon while cooking as it will clog the filters and coil.

Water: Tap water is not recommended for consumption.
